moe. @ The Valarium

Formed in the late 80's in Buffalo, New York, moe. has been on the jam scene for over 20 years now. Following the likes of Widespread Panic and Phish, moe. has become a staple at major festivals, including Bonnaroo. Known for their lengthy shows and improvisation, the band also puts on their own music festivals including moe.down and snoe.down. Creating their own Fatboy Records label and releasing their first album in 1992, moe. has since released a slew of albums and recordings both live and in-studio. The quintet has been through a few lineup changes, but currently consists of Al Schnier and Chuck Garvey on guitars and vocals, Rob Derhak on bass and vocals, Jim Loughlin on percussion and vibes, and Vinnie Amico on Drums. The show at the Valarium tonite begins at 9p and is $25 at the doors. All you moe.rons have a great nite.
