Last week, one of Knoxville's most high-profile public servants plead guilty to felony official misconduct. Judge Richard Baumgartner was part of a TBI probe that eventually led to the judge's resignation. It was found that the Judge was buying pills from a probationer in his court. The deal was sealed when the drug dealer's ex-wife turned over photos of the judge's car at the dealer's home to the TBI. The fallout from this case is unknown yet.
